Job summary

Credit-Union-of-Texas is seeking a Member Relationship Specialist in Frisco, TX to serve as the primary contact for members at a CUTX branch. You will uncover financial needs, recommend products, and complete account and loan processing with accuracy and compliance.

You will meet sales and service goals, participate in referrals to internal partners, and stay current with products, pricing, and campaigns while maintaining a high standard of member experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in financial services, retail banking, or similar.
• NMLS registration required upon hire if applicable to product scope.
• Familiarity with consumer deposit products and lending centers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional member experience and meet sales/service goals.
• Uncover member needs and recommend suitable products/services.
• Process memberships, accounts, and loan applications accurately.
• Maintain compliance with BSA/AML, OFAC, CIP/CDD, and GLBA.
