Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of financial services or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to members with every interaction.
• Uncover member needs and recommend suitable products.
• Follow up with members to ensure needs are met and identify new opportunities.
• Handle member concerns with empathy and accuracy; escalate when needed.
• Process new memberships, accounts, and loan applications accurately.
• Maintain compliance with BSA/AML, OFAC, CIP, and GLBA policies.
• Stay current on products, systems, and campaigns.
• Support AI-assisted workflows with human review.
