Job summary

ICCU is seeking a Member Service Specialist to be the first point of contact for members at our branch locations. You will provide courteous, accurate information, help members with transactions, and guide them to the right products and services to support their financial goals.

The role requires strong communication, cash-handling skills, and the ability to learn multiple channels and systems, while maintaining confidentiality of credit union records. Eligibility for ICCU membership is required.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or GED.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to use a calculator and handle cash efficiently and accurately.
• The ability to learn a variety of channels and systems.
• The ability to maintain confidentiality of Credit Union records.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring member satisfaction through courteous, accurate, and efficient service.
• Providing general information to members about our Credit Union Services.
• Referring members to products and services that will assist them in achieving financial success.
• Learning a variety of channels and systems to perform member transactions.
• Utilizing resources to resolve member concerns on the first contact.
• Informing your manager of member needs regarding our products and services.
• Demonstrating our core values of Honesty and Integrity, Respect and Dignity, Growth and Performance, and Improvement and Accountability in your behavior at work.
