Job summary

VyStar Credit Union seeks a Relationship Specialist I to deliver unbelievable member experiences in-person and by phone, identify member needs, and grow consumer and business relationships by offering VyStar financial solutions.

You will handle deposits, loans, and everyday transactions, explain credit and savings basics, refer complex products when appropriate, and support campaigns while upholding VyStar's standards of excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• Associate’s degree is preferred.
• Previous experience in a sales and/or customer service position, preferably with a financial institution.

Responsibilities

• Provide unbelievable member experiences in-person and on the phone.
• Identify member cues and grow consumer and business relationships by identifying member needs.
• Handle deposits, loans, and various account transactions; open accounts and process loan applications.
• Explain basics of credit and savings options and refer more complex products when appropriate.
• Support and participate in all VyStar initiatives and campaigns.
