Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–4 years in a financial institution with sales/service leadership.
• Notary Public commission or ability to obtain within defined hire period; Texas driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch team to meet or exceed sales, service, and operational goals.
• Coordinate and manage daily branch operations, security, and facilities.
• Coach and develop team members; lead performance evaluations and provide feedback.
• Ensure compliance with BSA/AML, OFAC, USA PATRIOT Act and CUTX policies.
• Leverage AI-augmented analytics to identify trends and drive growth.
