Job summary

Utah Community Credit Union (UCCU) is seeking a Member Service Representative to deliver a high level of service across deposits, withdrawals, payments, wire transfers, and card support. You will help members with online banking and branch services while maintaining accuracy and compliance in every interaction.

You will build relationships with new and existing members, provide financial information, and guide them toward suitable Credit Union products.

Qualifications

• Excellent member service, communication, and public relations skills.
• Analytical, financially minded, detail oriented.
• Strong typing skills and proficient with standard business software.

Responsibilities

• Provide diverse banking services with accuracy and professionalism.
• Open/maintain consumer accounts and assist with online/mobile banking needs.
• Explain products, resolve issues, and deescalate concerns for members.

Education

High school diploma

1–3 years related experience
