Responsibilities

• Deliver superior member service and greet, assist, and thank members.
• Maintain merchandise protection procedures and security protocols.
• Audit procedures and escalate issues to management when necessary.
• Monitor EAS alarms and ensure safety of members and team members.
• Support club policies and contribute to a positive environment.
