Job summary

Sunmark Credit Union’s Latham Financial Center is hiring a universal member associate to deliver legendary service to members while guiding them through our credit union services. You will welcome members, explain products, and help them access Sunmark’s technology, accounts and services.

You will handle transactions, support teller activities, and assist with account openings, referrals, and questions, all while upholding our friendly, community-focused culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience a plus.
• Ability to use computers and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a member liaison, supporting member convenience with all credit union technology available.
• Supports member transactions through use of Interactive Teller Machines.
• Accurately processes transactions: loan payments, cash advances, transfers, bond redemptions, insurance payments.
• Handles transfers and credit card payments; vault management with dual control, balancing and cash management.
