Sunmark Credit Union is seeking a Member Solution Specialist for our Call Center. You will be the trusted resource for members, providing friendly support and guiding them to Sunmark products and services.

The role offers a hybrid schedule after training, with starting pay of $22–$24 per hour and business hours Monday–Saturday as specified. A high school diploma or higher is required, along with strong customer service and computer skills, and the ability to multitask across programs.

We are hiring a Member Solution Specialist for our Call Center!

Starting pay is $22–$24/hour, based on experience. Business hours are Monday–Wednesday, 8-5pm; Thursday–Friday, 8-6pm; and Saturday, 9–1pm. Saturdays rotate based on department needs.

This role is eligible for a hybrid schedule after the training period, up to 2 days per week.

You will be a trusted resource for members, providing friendly and accurate support through call center channels. You will answer questions, research solutions, resolve concerns, and help members connect with the Sunmark products and services that fit their needs.
