Qualifications

• Excellent communication, virtual presentation, and digital service skills.
• Confidence managing complex conversations, multiple priorities, and performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Grow member relationships through consultative, needs-based conversations and referrals to wealth management, insurance, business services, and commercial lending.
• Champion digital engagement by promoting digital banking tools, self-service options, and a polished, consistent virtual experience.
• Collaborate across teams with branches, lending, marketing, business services, and digital partners to deliver seamless member support.
• Maintain strong standards by following policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and accurate documentation practices.

Starting pay is $24.25-26.25/hour, based on experience.

Business hours: Monday–Wednesday, 8-5pm; Thursday–Friday, 8-6pm; and Saturday, 9–1pm. Saturdays rotate based on department needs. Eligible for a hybrid schedule after training period, up to 2 days per week.
