AAA Mountain West Group in Sparks, NV seeks a dedicated Member Experience Associate to deliver exceptional service and value to Members across branch locations. You will engage customers, learn AAA products, and meet individual sales targets while contributing to branch success.

In this on-site, full-time role, you’ll utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills, adapt to multiple product lines, and provide friendly, proactive support to members during visits and interactions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-4 years of work experience, with at least 1 year in a sales role.
• Background in insurance, retail, hospitality, service industries, or call centers is highly valued.
• Drive for results and accountability in meeting targets.
• Clear and effective communication with customers and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer interactions including Member Services and product sales, using knowledge of AAA products.
• Achieve individual sales goals and apply consultative sales techniques to uncover needs and close opportunities.
• Promote AAA products and services to Members to support branch goals and member value.
