AAA Mountain West Group is seeking a on-site Member Experience Associate to deliver outstanding service and drive sales across multiple branch locations. You will handle member needs with genuine care, learn AAA products, and apply consultative sales techniques.

This full-time role, including Saturdays, requires adaptability, strong listening, and the ability to meet individual sales goals while supporting branch success. Starting pay ranges from $23.00 to $26.95 per hour plus commissions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of work experience, at least 1 year in sales.
• Backgrounds in insurance, retail, hospitality, service industries valued.
• Must be adaptable, travel-ready, and able to cover shifts at multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide member services and product sales while meeting sales goals.
• Learn and apply knowledge of AAA products and services.
• Promote products to members to meet branch and individual targets.
• Assist in flexible scheduling and travel between branches.
