AAA Mountain West Group is seeking a Member Experience Associate to deliver outstanding service and value to Members across multiple branches. You will engage customers, understand needs, and cross-sell AAA products while meeting personal sales targets.

The role rotates among branches, requiring adaptability and strong listening skills. The position is full-time and onsite at AAA Pinole, with shifts including two Saturdays monthly.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of work experience with at least 1 year in a sales role.
• Travel between branches and flexible shifts may be required.
• Ability to learn multiple product lines and systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding member service and product sales across branches.
• Meet individual sales targets while supporting branch goals.
• Learn and apply AAA products, procedures, and compliance.
• Flexibly cover shifts and travel between locations as needed.
