The position requires strong customer-service orientation, adaptability, and the ability to learn multiple product lines. Availability on Saturdays is required; pay is $21/hour plus commissions, with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of work experience, with at least 1 year in a sales role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding Member Services and product sales.
• Meet individual sales goals and contribute to branch targets.
• Rotate between branches as needed to meet business needs.
• Maintain knowledge of AAA products and services and apply consultative sales techniques.
