Job summary

The American Automobile Association seeks a Member Experience Associate to deliver outstanding service and value to Members across multiple branch locations. You will blend genuine care with product knowledge to meet individual sales goals and support branch objectives.

You’ll need a High School Diploma or GED and 2–4 years of work experience, including sales. Willingness to travel and cover shifts across branches is required, with potential licensing as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications: High School Diploma/GED, 2-4 years of work experience with at least 1 year in a sales role.
• Sales experience is required.
• Backgrounds in insurance, retail, hospitality, service industries, or call centers are highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding Member services and product sales across branches.
• Meet individual sales goals and contribute to branch targets.
• Proficiently use AAA products and services and follow standard procedures.
