Strong customer service orientation, adaptability, and listening skills are essential. This is a full-time, onsite role with Saturdays and travel between branches likely required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of work experience; at least 1 year in a sales role.
• Backgrounds in insurance, retail, hospitality or call centers valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide member services and product sales with consultative approach.
• Meet individual sales goals across branches.
• Promote AAA products to members to reach goals.
• Learn and apply product knowledge across branches.
