American Automobile Association is seeking a Member Experience Associate to deliver outstanding service and value to our members across multiple branch locations. The role focuses on personalized service, needs-based product recommendations, and meeting individual sales targets while supporting branch success.

You will work in a collaborative environment, using consultative sales techniques to identify member needs, present solutions, and close opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED and 2–4 years of work experience with at least 1 year in sales.
• Sales experience is required and valued across insurance, retail, hospitality or service industries.
• Ability to meet sales goals using consultative selling and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Member Services and product sales while applying knowledge of AAA products.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets and provide excellent customer care.
• Rotate between branches as needed and maintain compliance with procedures.
