Job summary

The American Automobile Association is seeking a Member Experience Associate to deliver outstanding service and value to our Members across AAA branch locations. This role rotates between branches to meet business needs and requires a strong customer-service orientation and active listening to identify needs.

You will perform member services and product sales, apply consultative sales techniques, and work toward meeting individual sales targets while adhering to branch procedures and compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-4 years of work experience with at least 1 year in a sales role.
• Experience in insurance, retail, hospitality, or call centers is valued.

Responsibilities

• Perform member services and product sales across branches.
• Meet individual sales goals using consultative selling techniques.
• Learn and apply multiple AAA product lines and branch procedures.
• Support end-to-end member experiences across locations.
