Job summary

AAA Mountain West Group is seeking a Member Experience Associate to deliver outstanding service and value to Members across multiple branch locations. You will engage in product sales, learn AAA offerings, and meet individual sales goals while providing friendly, expert guidance.

Flexibility to rotate between branches and strong listening skills are essential. Bilingual abilities in Chinese or Spanish are highly valued, with opportunities in offices across Northern California and surrounding

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED.
2-4 years of work experience, with at least 1 year in a sales role.
Sales experience is required.

Responsibilities

Performs fundamental customer interactions including Member Services and product sales.
Must be knowledgeable and proficient with AAA products and services and adhere to operating procedures and compliance.
Meet individual sales goals and contribute to branch targets; apply consultative sales techniques to uncover needs and close opportunities.
Promotes AAA products and services to Members to achieve goals and reinforce Membership value.
