Job summary

AAA in San Jose is seeking a Member Experience Associate to deliver outstanding service and value to our Members across multiple branch locations. You will handle member interactions, product sales, and maintain knowledge of AAA offerings.

The role requires strong customer service orientation, adaptability, and active listening skills to identify unmet needs. This is a full-time, onsite position with Saturday shifts; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Customer service focus with ability to resolve issues quickly.
• Sales experience, with ability to meet or exceed targets.
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of AAA products and services.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer interactions including Member Services and product sales.
• Meet individual sales goals and service standards across branches.
• Promote AAA products and services to members to achieve branch goals.
• Understand member needs and adapt solutions to each branch environment.
