Job summary

American Automobile Association in Menlo Park is seeking a Member Experience Associate to deliver outstanding service to Members while achieving individual sales targets. This role rotates among branches and requires strong customer-service orientation and adaptability.

You will handle multiple AAA product lines, learn systems quickly, and work five days a week, including some Saturdays, at an onsite location with base hourly pay plus commissions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2-4 years in a sales role
• Sales experience required; backgrounds in insurance, retail, hospitality, service industries valued
• Drive for results; effective communication; teamwork; willingness to travel; flexible for shifts across locations
• Bonding/fingerprinting and P&C licensing may be required depending on branch needs

Responsibilities

• Performs fundamental customer interactions including Member Services and product sales; knowledgeable with AAA products and services
• Meets individual sales goals and applies consultative sales techniques
• Promotes AAA products and services to Members to achieve branch goals
• Understands Member needs and adapts solutions to each branch environment
