Job summary

AAA Mountain West Group seeks a dedicated Member Experience Associate in Capitola, CA to deliver outstanding service, identify member needs, and promote AAA products across multiple branches.

You will build strong relationships, learn various product lines, and adapt to different environments while meeting personal sales goals. This role requires travel between branches and weekend availability. Pay is $24.60/hr plus commissions, with an incentive plan and regional variations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-4 years of work experience, with at least 1 year in a sales role.
• Backgrounds in insurance, retail, hospitality, service industries, or call centers are valued.
• Must demonstrate adaptability, willingness to travel, and flexibility to cover shifts at multiple locations.
• Bonding/fingerprinting and P&C licensing may be required depending on branch needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent Member Services and product sales while adhering to branch SOPs.
• Meet individual sales goals and contribute to branch targets.
• Assist members across multiple products and systems with a consultative approach.
• Support a rotating schedule across branches, including Saturdays.
• Learn and apply knowledge of seven fundamental and growth skills across locations.
