Job summary

AAA Mountain West Group in Salinas, CA is seeking a Member Experience Associate to provide outstanding service and drive product sales across multiple branches. You will deliver consultative service, handle member inquiries, and work toward individual sales goals in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires adaptability, strong communication, and the ability to travel between locations. The position pays $24.50/hr plus commissions, with Saturday hours and a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED
• 2-4 years of work experience, with at least 1 year in a sales role
• Backgrounds in insurance, retail, hospitality, service industries, or call centers are highly valued
• Drive for Results: Focuses on desired end results; takes steps necessary to meet deliverables on time
• Communicate Effectively: Clearly conveys information to engage audience
• Teamwork: Develop quality relationships with peers, leaders and internal partners
• Must demonstrate adaptability, willingness to travel, and flexibility to cover shifts at multiple locations
• Current & valid Driver’s License required; bonding/fingerprinting and P&C licensing may be required depending on branch needs
• Bilingual Spanish speaking skills are required!

Responsibilities

• Performs fundamental customer interactions including Member Services and product sales; knowledgeable with AAA products and adhere to SOPs
• Promotes AAA products to Members to achieve goals
• Understands and anticipates Member needs and recommends relevant solutions
• Meets individual sales goals with consultative sales techniques
• Demonstrates flexibility to adapt solutions across branches
