American Automobile Association (AAA) seeks a personable Member Experience Associate to deliver exceptional service and drive sales across branch locations. You will quickly learn AAA products and leverage consultative sales techniques to meet individual targets while maintaining excellent member relations.

The role requires a strong customer service mindset, adaptability, and Spanish-speaking skills. Shifts cover Mon–Sat with potential travel between branches and a performance-based incentive

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required (2–4 years of work experience with at least 1 year in a sales role).
• Sales experience is required and backgrounds in service industries are valued.
• Current & valid driver’s license; P&C licensing may be required depending on branch needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer interactions including Member Services and product sales.
• Adhere to branch operations and compliance standards.
• Understand and promote AAA products to meet individual and branch goals.
• Travel between branches as needed and support shifts, including Saturdays.
