Qualifications

• Leads and coaches a Sales & Service team to deliver member-focused experiences.

• Manages tasks and priorities in a fast-paced club environment.

Responsibilities

• Hires, trains and develops Sales & Service team members.
• Drives new member sales, EFT and retail offerings at the club level.
• Ensures a best-in-class member experience and meets club targets.
• Collaborates with GM and club teams to execute local marketing and sales plans.
• Eligible for club team bonuses and commission plans.
