Job summary

24 Hour Fitness is seeking a Sales and Service Manager to lead the club's sales and service priorities in El Cajon, CA. You will recruit, coach, and develop a team, while driving member acquisition, retention, and revenue across memberships, fitness programs and retail.

The role emphasizes delivering a best-in-class member experience through coaching, data-driven planning and close collaboration with the GM. This full-time position requires flexibility to meet club scheduling needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Current CPR and AED from approved organization required.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and develop Sales and Service team members.
• Drive new member sales, EFT, and retail offerings.
• Lead by example to ensure a clean, member-centric club environment.
• Partner with GM to deliver best-in-class member experiences.
• Achieve department targets for new member sales, fitness revenue, and retention.
