Job summary

24 Hour Fitness is seeking a Sales and Service Expert (SSE) at our Santa Ana club to deliver an engaging guest and member experience. You will drive membership growth, promote fitness products and services, and help guests navigate the club’s offerings.

You will build relationships, enroll members using company protocols, and contribute to achieving sales goals while providing outstanding customer service in a dynamic fitness environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of sales practices and techniques.
• General understanding of the fitness industry.
• Ability to work with computers.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Independent, self-starter with organizational skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Experience operating a POS system.
• Knowledge of membership system software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a best-in-class sales and service experience to guests and members.
• On-board new members and assist with retention activities.
• Generate leads and promote local campaigns to grow memberships.
• Engage members with fitness offerings and digital content.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming club environment and assist with member questions.
