Job summary

24 Hour Fitness is seeking a Sales and Service Expert (SSE) at our Brea, CA club. You will drive member acquisition and retention by selling memberships, fitness and retail offerings, while delivering an outstanding guest experience.

The role emphasizes CARE sales, on-boarding, and ongoing member engagement, with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets and collaborating with the Sales team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; CPR/AED certification within 60 days.
• Prior experience in fitness or retail preferred.
• 2+ years in service sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Executes CARE sales model with each guest.
• Tours potential members and describes facilities and services.
• Communicates membership and fitness offers clearly.
• Enrolls guests using sales techniques.
• On-boards new members and supports retention.
• Achieves or exceeds sales goals.
• Prospects leads and schedules appointments.
• Engages members with fitness offerings.
