Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet and meet potential members, delivering a positive customer experience.
• Handle front desk duties, information calls, member check-ins, and new member sign-ups.
• Provide club tours to potential members and assist with account updates as needed.
• Support member services issues and escalate to Club Manager/Assistant Manager when appropriate.
