24 Hour Fitness is seeking a Sales and Service Expert (SSE) in Pleasanton to deliver a high-energy sales and guest experience. You will guide members through membership options, fitness products, and services, using a proven CARE sales approach to meet revenue goals.

The role focuses on member onboarding, lead generation, and providing a best-in-class experience within the club. Candidates should have strong communication skills, POS proficiency, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience and strong customer service skills.
• Knowledge of fitness industry and products is a plus.
• Ability to operate computer systems and POS tools.

Responsabilités

• Execute CARE sales model with each guest to showcase products and services.
• Tour and inform guests about facility features aligned with fitness goals.
• Enroll members using sales techniques and MAP procedures.
• On-board new members and support retention activities.
• Meet or exceed personal and team sales targets.
