Job summary

YMCA is seeking a Member Service Staff in Lexington, KY to handle customer service, membership sales and changes, and class registrations. The role requires greeting members, conducting facility tours, and coordinating scheduling while maintaining a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests and provide information about facility services.
• Handle membership sales, changes, updates and program registrations.
• Conduct tours of the YMCA facility and follow up with leads.
• Support registration processes and class scheduling.
• Maintain a neat and clean area; assist with front-desk duties and coffee service.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
