Job summary

The Member Experience Associate role at AAA Dublin focuses on delivering outstanding service and value to Members through genuine care and personal service across multiple branches. You will meet individual sales targets while quickly learning multiple product lines and systems to provide seamless service wherever assigned.

This full-time, on-site position requires working five days a week, including all Saturdays, with opportunities to participate in incentive plans and a comprehensive benefits

• Performs fundamental customer interactions including Member Services and product sales; must be knowledgeable and proficient with AAA products and services and adhere to branch operations in accordance with standard operating procedures and compliance.

Must be knowledgeable and proficient with AAA products and services, and consistently apply consultative sales techniques to uncover needs, present solutions, and close opportunities.
