Serenity is seeking a Member Sales Associate to join our on-site team. You will guide clients through options with a consultative approach, helping them feel informed and confident in their decisions while driving essential results.

You have 2+ years of premium customer service experience, a track record of meeting goals, and strong listening skills. This role emphasizes high-volume interactions, teamwork, and growth opportunities within Serenity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-time, high-quality customer-facing experience in hospitality, retail, concierge, sales-adjacent, or premium service environments.
• Proven track record of hitting goals or performance targets.
• Strong listening and communication skills; able to manage a high volume of interactions.
• Ability to handle objections and keep momentum moving without pressure.

Responsabilités

• Guide clients through options with clarity and a consultative approach, encouraging next steps.
• Listen carefully, document client information accurately and thoroughly.
• Work toward individual KPIs and contribute to team performance goals.
• Handle objections with composure and redirect toward solutions.
