YouFit is seeking a friendly Member Service Specialist in West Palm Beach to greet members and guests, manage check-ins and inquiries, and assist with memberships and billing. The role emphasizes high-quality customer service, cash handling, and enforcing gym policies in a fast-paced environment.

As a team member, you will support retention efforts, process transactions, and help maintain a clean, welcoming front desk area while guiding prospects through available membership options.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English; multilingual ability is a plus.
• Available to work across mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong customer service skills for positive member interactions.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills for processing check-ins and updating accounts.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, guests, and prospects to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Manage member check-ins, verify account status, and address alerts.
• Answer phone calls, provide information, and direct inquiries as needed.
• Assist with account updates, billing, and processing payments.
• Support retention by engaging members considering cancellations with solutions.
• Process transactions and manage the cash drawer with accuracy.
• Enforce gym policies and maintain a safe, respectful environment.
• Perform opening/closing duties and help maintain front desk cleanliness.
• Guide prospects through membership options and facility tour.
