Job summary

The American Automobile Association in Daly City is seeking a dedicated Member Experience Associate. This full-time, onsite role will serve members, meet sales targets, and learn AAA products across branch locations.

You will deliver genuine care, adapt to different environments, and collaborate with teams while supporting member needs. Bilingual Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus; anticipate Saturday shifts and occasional branch rotations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with 2–4 years in a sales role.
• Sales experience and a customer-service background are essential.
• Willingness to travel and flexibility to work at multiple branches.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service and value to Members through genuine care and personal service.
• Meet individual sales targets while learning multiple product lines and systems.
• Rotate between branches as needed and work five days a week, including two Saturdays.
