Job summary

AAA Mountain West Group in Northern California is seeking a Member Experience Associate to deliver outstanding service and value to our Members through genuine care and personal service. The role rotates between branches and includes meeting individual sales targets.

This full-time onsite position requires a strong customer-service orientation, adaptability, and active listening, with two Saturdays per month and travel between locations as needed. Prior sales experience is mandatory.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 2-4 years of work experience; sales experience required.
• Background in insurance, retail, hospitality, service industries or call centers valued.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales goals and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform member interactions and product sales while meeting individual sales goals.
• Be knowledgeable with AAA products and services to assist members.
• Promote AAA products and services to meet branch goals.
• Adapt to different branch environments and schedules, including Saturdays.
