Job summary

The Partners Federal Credit Union is seeking a Member Experience Professional II to deliver exceptional financial services and proactively identify member needs.

You will generate leads, conduct outbound calls, process transactions, and cross-sell products while mentoring teammates. Notary and medallion guarantees are part of the duties, with emphasis on compliance and member education.

Qualifications

• High School or GED (required).
• 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Spanish (Preferred).
• CA Notary - Required.
• NMLS Certification - Required.
• Ability to use a PC and Outlook; Episys - Preferred; Springboard - Preferred; Verafin - Preferred.
• Two years’ experience in the financial industry and credit unions is required.
• Two years’ teller cash handling and cash dispense experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation and Networking: build a network of member contacts via leads, referrals, calls, and face-to-face interactions.
• Outbound Member Service and Sales: conduct outbound calls to enhance service and drive sales.
• Transaction Processing: handle deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, and check cashing.
• Member Needs and Financial Solutions: identify changes in members' needs and recommend solutions.
• Cross-Selling and Promotion: promote products and services to deepen member relationships.
• Loan Processing and Mentorship: process consumer loans and mentor peers.
• Product Knowledge and Member Education: explain features/benefits and educate on financial responsibility.
• Membership Account Management: open accounts, handle service requests, and manage memberships.
• Quality Control and Compliance: ensure CIP, OFAC, ChexSystems compliance.
• Branch Operations and Notary Responsibilities: notary services and medallion guarantees; support branch needs.
