Job summary

Qualifications

• High School or GED (required).
• CA Notary - Required and NMLS Certification - Required.
• 2+ years in financial services preferred; branch/Member experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and networking through qualified leads and referrals.
• Outbound member service and sales under the Partners Sales and Service program.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, and check cashing.
• Identify member life events to recommend suitable financial solutions.
• Cross-sell products to deepen member relationships and profitability.
• Process consumer loans and ensure proper documentation; mentor teammates.
• Educate members on credit union products and financial responsibility.
• Open new memberships and manage account services.
• Maintain quality control on member documents (CIP, OFAC, ChexSystems).
• Support branch operations with notary services and medallion guarantees.
