Job summary

You will educate members on available services and uphold accuracy and compliance in all transactions, while fostering a positive, inclusive team environment.

The role emphasizes cross-selling, knowledge of products, and strong interpersonal skills to support member financial lives.

Qualifications

• A two-year college degree is required or equivalent work experience.
• Completion of Credit Union courses MSR Beginning/Advanced, Business Accounts, Deposit Accounts, Lending courses required or completed within six months of hiring.
• Experience in banking or service-to-sales role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with members to identify needs and cross-sell relevant products and services.
• Open and process new accounts, specialty accounts, and lending products; assist with maintenance and closures.
• Educate members on solutions and ensure accuracy and compliance in all transactions.
• Lead by example to foster an inclusive, professional team environment.
