Ideal candidates are 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and possess retail or fitness-related customer service experience. The role emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and maintaining a clean, welcoming club environment.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• Six months face-to-face customer service experience in a retail environment or 1 year fitness experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist members in a confident, friendly manner.
• Anticipate members' needs and respond promptly.
• Provide courteous phone service and accurate information.
• Resolve customer concerns with strong problem-solving skills.
• Maintain club cleanliness during shifts.
• Process payments and issue receipts.
• Promote products and promotions to drive revenue.
• Answer questions about policies and procedures clearly.
