Ideal candidates are 18+, with a high school diploma, and retail or fitness service experience. Strong multi-tasking and communication skills, plus reliability, are essential in a busy gym environment.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Six months face to face customer service experience in a retail environment or 1 year Fitness experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and exit members in a confident, professional, and friendly manner.
• Anticipate member's needs and respond promptly.
• Provide telephone service; answer calls promptly and knowledgeably.
• Resolve customer concerns with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain club cleanliness for up to 50% of the shift.
• Deliver prompt, accurate service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Accept payments, give change, and provide receipts.
• Promote products and promotions to drive revenue.
• Answer questions about policies and procedures clearly and accurately.
