Qualifications

• Minimum: 18+ years old and High School diploma or equivalent.
• Six months face-to-face customer service experience or 1 year fitness experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist members in a confident, professional, and friendly manner.
• Anticipate members' needs and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Provide courteous telephone service with accurate information.
• Resolve customer concerns using strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain cleanliness of the club for up to 50% of the shift.
• Deliver prompt, accurate service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Handle payments, give change, and issue receipts.
• Promote products and promotions to drive revenue.
• Answer questions about business policies in a clear, customer-friendly way.
