Responsibilities

• Welcome and exit members in a confident, professional, and friendly manner.
• Anticipate members' needs and acknowledge all members.
• Provide gracious and efficient telephone service with accurate information.
• Resolve customer concerns with strong communication.
• Maintain club cleanliness for up to 50% of the shift.
• Deliver prompt, accurate service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Handle payments and give change/receipts.
• Promote products and promotions to driving revenue.
