• Experience in customer-facing roles within fitness or retail.
• Ability to meet monthly sales targets and provide excellent service.
• Comfort with explaining memberships, promos and benefits.

• Welcome members with energy from start to finish of shift.
• Provide quick, professional service to build trust and loyalty.
• Answer membership questions with compassion and clarity.
