Job summary

Alexandria LaunchLabs is seeking a detail-oriented Member Experience Coordinator to support daily site operations, coordinate vendor services, manage onboarding/offboarding for member companies, and assist with events. You will act as the on-site reception lead, ensuring a welcoming environment for members and visitors.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or higher, 2+ years in a science-related or incubator setting, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher required.
At least 2 years' experience in a science-related or incubator/accelerator organization preferred.
Interest in life science, operations and entrepreneurship.
Ability to work in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment and to prioritize effectively.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Must be detail-oriented and highly organized.

Responsibilities

Serve as main operational coordinator for site operations and administration.
Assist with vendor coordination and site facilities management.
Support Site Head and Laboratory Operations Executive Director with budgets, invoices and contracts.
Manage space, equipment resources, and IT/AV needs.
Oversee member portal content and requests; assist with onboarding/offboarding for member companies.
Coordinate and execute local programming events and maintain event calendar.
Attend local ecosystem events and seminars as needed.
