Qualifications

• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests warmly, build relationships, ensure check-in accuracy.
• Conduct club tours and assist with membership sales and enrollment.
• Perform outbound prospecting and follow-up to generate appointments and memberships.
• Maintain a clean, organized club environment and manage front desk operations.
• Assist with administrative duties and communicate member feedback to leadership.
