Job summary

Young Mens Christian Association Of The Chesapeake Inc is seeking a friendly Member Services Associate in Salisbury, MD, to deliver exceptional service to members, guests and program participants. You will respond to inquiries by phone and in person, promote memberships and programs, and ensure the lobby remains clean and welcoming.

Responsibilities

• Delivers excellent service to members, guests and program participants in person and on the phone.
• Promotes memberships and YMCA programs.
• Tours and interviews prospective members and signs them up for memberships.
• Builds relationships and helps members connect with one another.
• Handles membership concerns and informs supervisor of issues.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the lobby and adheres to YMCA policies.
