VASA Fitness is seeking a Member Experience Specialist at our Westminster, CO club. You will be the first friendly face, greeting members, building personal connections, guiding memberships and personal training options, and maintaining a clean, welcoming space.

You will help members feel valued and motivated, contributing to a vibrant community. The role features performance-based pay, flexible shifts, and member-focused benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and a professional approach are essential.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced gym environment.
• 1+ year of customer service and membership sales is preferred.
• Interest in health, wellness, and fitness supports success in this role.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Bilingual skills or CPR certification are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet members warmly and set a welcoming tone at the front desk.
• Create personal connections and guide members on memberships, upgrades, and personal training options.
• Keep the club clean and organized, ensuring a positive member experience.
• Assist with tours and conversations to drive membership sales and renewals.
• Respond promptly to member needs and relay feedback to leadership.
