Job summary

Care Access is hiring a Senior Manager, Member Experience Marketing to own the strategy and execution of member-focused programs across the journey. You will work with Website, Lifecycle Marketing, Data & Analytics, and Clinical teams to create a cohesive, compassionate member experience.

You will translate complex health information into plain language, develop lifecycle programs across email, SMS, web, and portals, and measure impact to continuously improve outcomes for members.

Qualifications

• Meaningful healthcare marketing experience required.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Experience turning complex healthcare information into clear content.

Responsibilities

• Lead member experience strategy across journeys.
• Develop engaging, compliant content for email, SMS, web, portals, and collateral.
