Job summary

Soho House Austin is seeking a proactive Member Relations Manager to enhance the guest and member experience across the House. You will manage in-house engagement, member recognitions, and event support while coordinating with front desk, F&B, and membership teams.

The role emphasizes personal outreach, floor presence, and collaboration with leadership to deliver exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere for all members and guests.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong member facing presence on the floor to support all departments.
• Oversee and ensure the successful implementation of Member Recognition, with real time follow through.
• Attend pre-shifts and manager line up, updating the teams on pertinent shift needs.
• Update member Open Table notes and service preferences; provide occasional on-floor service support.
• Assist with events check-in and ensure members are prioritised during peak times.
• Host/co-host new Member Introductions and help ensure all members receive a personal welcome.
